Pastry Chef – Luxury 5* Hotel – Eastern Cape Coast, South Africa
My client is a leading boutique Hotel situated in a popular coastal resort town on the Eastern Cape coast and requires an outstanding talented Pastry chef to join their team.
The Hotel is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef or Sous chef Pastry that has worked in leading Top 50 Fine Dining Restaurant kitchen or Luxury Five star Hotel or Relais and Chateaux property background to join their team of dynamic and energetic chefs serving outstanding quality dining in this beautiful Hotel.
Requires a Culinary Diploma or Hotel school chef graduate with at least 3 years working experience and currently be a Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in larger Pastry kitchen and able to manage a section and supervise junior staff with a view to promotion to Head Pastry chef.
Salary R8,000 monthly dependant on experience with Staff Accommodation included
