This is a high volume restaurant operation offering delicious, freshly produced food and requires an experienced Kitchen Manager who is capable of working closely with the Managers- someone who has strong BOH experience in a similar style establishment and capable of ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly.

Strong communication, organizational and management skills are needed and you must be able to lead, train and motivate a large team of around 20 Chefs- prepared to be very hands on!!
