Job Title: Junior Sous
Location: West Sussex
Salary Package: Up to £18,000
We are currently recruiting for a strong Junior Sous for this new modern site in west Sussex!!!
The hotel boasts 200 rooms, spa and restaurant offering full English and continental breakfasts and for lunches a mix of a la carte, buffet items and theater style cooking.
Working in within the guidelines of the company you will be expected to create “signature” dishes for the menu.
The successful Junior Sous will come from a high volume/ hotel or High end, volume restaurant background, with experience at least at Senior Chef de Partie level
If you fancy working within:
- A High volume fresh food operation with fantastic training and development opportunities

And you have:
Experience within a high volume hotel or fresh food restaurant operation as Chef de Partie or above
Attention to detail and the ambition to drive the business forward
Excellent team player & leadership skills with the dedication to develop your team in a high pressure environments
Key management and development skills with moderate financial understanding
Creative, and a background in producing top quality British food
But most importantly, a fun, friendly, outgoing & Passionate about good food
