Junior Sous Chef – Fine Dining 3AA Restaurant – London £28k

My client runs a leading restaurant that is looking for an inspirational and talented Junior Sous chef to join this quality fine dining restaurant which currently has 3AA rosettes and are looking to gain a Michelin star

The NEW head chef has multi Michelin experience and this is a very exciting time for the restaurant and new kitchen team!

The ideal candidate will currently be a Senior CDP or Junior Sous chef working at a top London restaurant or have a career history having worked in prestigious restaurants with 1 or Multi Michelin experience ONLY!

Menus are seasonal and well presented and therefore dishes need to be consistently produced to the highest standards at all times. The successful candidate will be a creative and with a strong work ethic who can lead by example help run the kitchen, manage sections and team and has exceptional communication, organisational and cooking skills

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
