The Client
My client currently operates high quality branded wine and champagne bars with great food offerings across London. An established market leader with years of experience in delivering expertly prepared beverages and a broad range of hearty culinary meals within a relaxed and friendly environment! They are looking for an exceptional Head Chef:

The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for;
- the daily Back of House operations and performance of this stylish bar & restaurant operation! Working alongside a brigade of up to 6 Chefs
- a hands-on position, leading from the front, maintaining high company standards of product and service.

The focus will be on;
- team training
- maintaining excellent service standards,
- driving the business forward and maximizing growth,
- organizing and coordinating your brigade and
- producing great, fresh and seasonal dishes!!

The Person
Personality, personality, personality!!! A strong, structured background in branded food led bar or restaurant industry is essential, along with good career stability. Job hoppers need not apply!!! My client is looking for ambitious, standards driven Chef with an outgoing personality and strong motivational skills. The right candidate will be a strong existing Sous Chef or Head Chef have good basic P&L knowledge and a passion for great food! There are great career progression opportunities for a vibrant and driven Chef!!!

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum plus bonus scheme!!!
