Head Chef- Seasonal European Restaurant – London £35k

Basic salary of £35k plus bonus is offered

My client who owns this very fashionable restaurant in Chelsea are now seeking the talents of an exceptional head chef to deliver unfussy but well presented regular changing menus based on using seasonal ingredients from Europe

Dishes will be very well constructed using creativity and classical combinations with a lightness of touch required for the lunchtime clientele through to dinner

As head chef you will need to be an excellent verbal communicator for both the kitchen and front of house and be willing to meet the customers on occasions

Your background will be first class with proven experience working in leading establishments with knowledge of Modern European cooking plus having a general passion for all worldly foods

Plus you must have financial knowledge of food costings, stock taking, all health and safety and be computer literate
