This NEW restaurant concept is in Notting Hill offers a selection of the best Mediterranean/Georgian Cuisine in a stylish, relaxed dining environment. They are looking for a Head Chef to help take this restaurant into its second site and to the top!

Head Chef – New Restaurant Opening Notting Hill – up to £42,000

The restaurant is due to open in September and is looking to get a Head Chef on board by the end of June who will be able to help set up the restaurant and recruit YOUR OWN brigade.

The restaurant will be classed as offering a Georgian Menu which is a classic mix of Mediterranean, French and Italian, so they are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of any of these and would like to add Georgian to their repertoire.

You will be guided through the menu by their consultant chef who will teach/fine tune your Georgian cooking skills and abilities for the first few months – then you are on your own!!!

To succeed in this role you must be creative, a fast learner has a good knowledge of European cuisine, ideally have experience of openings, be able to achieve targets and make profit. And be proven at running a brigade of up to 6 chefs whilst still producing top quality cuisine.

When this site is proven successful, there will be opportunities for you to progress with in the company as 2 more sites are planned to open in the future.
