Head Chef – New American Dining Concept – London £35k Plus!

My client is opening a new restaurant in March based on authentic regional American cuisines taking influences from North Carolina, St Louis, Texas, Memphis and Kansas to name a few and served in a relaxed fun environment with an open planned kitchen

They are seeking the skills of a head chef with a proven background and knowledge of cooking regional American cuisine that has the passion and energy to drive this new concept and deliver authenticity, quality and consistency throughout working closely with the owner and the new team

The restaurant will seat over 150 covers plus an outdoor BBQ area for the summer

You will be well rewarded your hard work and efforts with a salary review in September if targets are reached plus a possible large bonus

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted
