Stunning award winning restaurant serving the finest of modern South African cuisine with influences from all over the globe and classical fine dining roots is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team and achieve further culinary awards. Working for one of the countries recognised and accomplished Chefs this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in quality fine dining and develop your palate.
The position requires previous working experience as a Chef de Partie of one of the country’s top restaurants or luxury five star Hotels offering fine dining outlet
Only dedicated and serious culinary professionals looking to further their career and work with finest ingredients in developing memorable dishes, working experience in both hot and cold kitchens and the ability to run a section under the guidance of the Sous and Executive chef will be considered.
The restaurant is situated in the Gauteng Northern Suburbs so candidates living in the area will be given preference and own transport is essential
Excellent opportunity and salary of R4500-R5500 negotiable dependant on experience and great potential for growth to learn and develop
